Tracked Couriers

We do not take responsibiity for orders where the customer has requested a "No Signature Required" option. An email alert will be sent from the courier company when your order is despatched. 

• We endeavour to process paid orders on the same day placed but within 24 hours.  

• Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions regarding your order and the despatch.  

• Please email us to request shipping charges for international orders.​

• $4.50 Flat Rate - Order is dispatched within 24 hours, allow 3-7  working days for delivery.  We check NZ Post addresses on their website and will only send to addresses approved by them. 

• $5.00 Nationwide Tracking Courier  (Not including RD).  Your Order is dispatched with 48 hours, nationwide delivery is normally within 3 days after despatch.  This delivery option provides a tracking number which will be emailed to you for tracking purposes via NZ Post. 

• $7.50 Rural Delivery Nationwide Tracking Courier.  Your Order is dispatched with 48 hours.  RD delivery varies depending on RD address.  Delivery to outer islands may take longer.   This delivery option provides a tracking number which will be emailed to you for tracking purposes via NZ Post.
